Focus on Practice
Organization
Our commissioning practice at WSP encompasses a
full-spectrum of services under six focus areas: Building
Conditions Assessments, New Construction Cx, Energy
Modeling, Building Enclosures Cx, Existing Building
and Retro Cx, and ASHRAE level I, II, III Energy Audits.
Through an organized and focused practice structure,
our diverse team offers a full-range of skill sets that
contribute to all aspects of building commissioning.
Energy Modeling Communication
Our team is committed to a working in a collaborative
and proactive manner on your project in concert
We support designers with performance analysis through
calculations and computational modeling. These analysis are used with designers, construction managers and project
to verify and optimize the performance of design alternatives stakeholders. We know that the best solutions happen
against benchmarks such as operational energy, greenhouse gas through collaboration and that strong communication
emissions, natural light levels and thermal comfort. is paramount to our consulting approach and process.
Our firm works to ensure that this communication
happens quickly and effectively amongst the entire
team at all phases of the project. This equips the project
team to understand the key issues and enables decisions
to be made in a timely fashion.

Production, Inspection and Servicing. It is the definitive
standard for design and consulting firms. ISO 9001
provides validation to our clients, through certification
by an unbiased organization, that they will receive a
high level of service and consistent quality, on schedule
and on budget.
ASHRAE Level I, II, III Energy Audits
WSP executes ASHRAE Audits at all levels in support of new
and existing projects, including comparing various complex
energy conservation measures (ECM’s) as they relate to the
project’s baseline.
