National
Practice
As commissioning agents we provide guidance and benchmarking on
behalf of the owner’s requirements to measure and verify a building’s
Commissioning Overview operational performance over time. Facilities that are properly
commissioned will have fewer change orders, greater efficiency and
lower operating and maintenance costs. Additionally, the documentation
of the commissioning process provides a reference point for correctly
setting the system baselines to guide owner expectations throughout
the building’s operational life and help project costs. By providing the
owners with usable information on how the building will operate over the
long term, our services provide a dependable route to meet increasingly
complex performance objectives. By providing real-time systems trending
and performance logs, the owner can benchmark operation standards
for future comparison. Our comprehensive testing services of building
systems, particularly MEP systems, from design through installation,
ensures efficient and continuous operations. We are a networked national
practice with commissioning agents in 22 locations around the country.
As building systems become more complex, our national presence and
exposure to industry developments helps us continuously refine our
approach and methodologies in service of our clients.
